Carroll Development & Management handles all phases of development from land acquisition, construction of buildings and management of our communities after completion. We’re proud of our real estate developments however, we learned long ago that were really in the business of building relationships.

Executive Profile: President of CDM, Tom Carroll, began his real estate career in 1983 and started Carroll Development & Management in 2001.  Tom has overseen the acquisition, development, and management of over 35 Million in real estate transactions.  His company focuses on creating high-quality, unique, Class A,  Commercial & Multi-Family communities in suburban and urban areas.  CDM also acquires properties with a value- add strategy.

Most of our properties are located in Battle Creek and Emmett Township. We are continuing to expand and grow our company significantly into the Oshtemo Township area with over 43 acres near 9th Street and West Main Street with several projects either under construction or in the development phases.  Our latest acquisition is in downtown Kalamazoo where we have purchased the entire block of Walbridge Street for a redevelopment mixed-use project.
